The Koshas are the five layers of existence described in yogic philosophy, each representing a different aspect of our being, from the physical body to the innermost core of bliss. These sheaths provide a framework for understanding the journey toward self-realization and balance.

In this 6-week course, you’ll explore the Koshas, discovering how each layer influences your physical, energetic, mental, and spiritual well-being. Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and self-reflection, you’ll learn to connect with and harmonize these layers, uncovering greater clarity, vitality, and inner peace.

Doors open 15 minutes before class begins. While spontaneous drop-ins are always welcome, I would appreciate advance notice if you plan to attend, as it helps with better preparation.

I have attended several yoga classes before but Kathi’s was very different from all of them. I loved the mix between her sharing her knowledge, breath work and gentle stretches and movements. The combination felt very intuitive to me and her calm voice managed to take my mind off stressful things in my life and enabled me to actually be in the moment and allow myself to take this time to just be and take care of myself which doesn’t come naturally to me. I left the session feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and motivated to tackle the next day and I will definitely be coming back!
