This retreat invites you to step out of the everyday and into a space where you can truly exhale. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this week is about tuning into your body, your breath, and the beauty around you.

Each day we’ll move through gentle yoga, mindful breathwork and grounding rituals, always guided by the rhythm of the land and our shared journey. We’ll explore sacred sites, experience local culture, enjoy nourishing food, and sleep in handpicked places full of charm and nature.

From the intricate cave temples of Dambulla to the ancient city of Anuradhapura, each sacred site carries a story that reaches far beyond history books. Between these moments of reverence, the wild calls – elephants, leopards, birds, and crocodiles on safari, mountains wrapped in mist, and the ocean stretching endlessly before you.

A taste of real Sri Lanka

From vibrant spice markets to a hands-on cooking class, you'll experience the heart of the culture through its flavors. We’ll not only share the joy of preparing traditional dishes, but also gather around the table to enjoy them together, just as locals do.

Ayurveda for body And soul

Sri Lanka, the motherland of Ayurveda – here, you’ll experience its wisdom firsthand. An Ayurvedic massage will melt away tension, while daily rituals and nourishing meals support your body’s natural harmony. It’s an invitation to listen deeply to what you need and to give yourself the care you truly deserve.

Time Well Spent

Mon, 12th Jan – Hikkaduwa
Arrival & settling in. Gentle time to rest, meet the group, and ease into the retreat. In the evening, we’ll gather for our opening ceremony to set intentions and begin the journey together.

Tue, 13th Jan – Hikkaduwa
Gentle exploration. Visit the Beach, and/or explore the Turtle Sanctuary, the Tsunami Museum, and enjoy a rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage to ease into island time.

Wed, 14th – Ella
Soft hikes through misty mountain landscapes surrounded by tea plantations, fresh air, and breathtaking views.

Thu, 15th – Kandy
Travel by the famous scenic train from Ella to Kandy. Experience a traditional Sri Lankan cooking class and dive into the rich cultural heritage.

Fri, 16th – Dambulla & Sigiriya
Discover the ancient cave temples of Dambulla and the majestic Lion’s Rock fortress.

Sat, 17th – Anuradhapura
Feel the spiritual presence in this ancient city, home to revered Buddhist sites.

Sun, 18th – Wilpattu National Park
Get ready for a thrilling safari to spot elephants, leopards and other wild inhabitants in their natural habitat.

Mon, 19th – Negombo
Wind down with a peaceful lagoon safari near the airport city before saying goodbye.

Each day includes lovingly guided yoga sessions, breathwork practices, and plenty of space to rest, reflect, and connect with the group. Meals are mostly buffet-style, featuring delicious local dishes to nourish and delight your body. Look forward to a week full of meaningful encounters, inspiration, and moments that will stay with you long after the journey ends.

Please note that this is a rough itinerary and may be adjusted along the way — whether to follow the natural flow of the group, respond to local conditions, or embrace unexpected opportunities that make the journey even more special.
